Prototype Information
Built by the Victorian Railways during 1922 and 1923. These locos
were numbered 100 - 109. These were numbered to
140 - 149 in
the 1940s, as well as receiving modified front ends.
Model Information
This model represents the 'original' style K class 2-8-0 steam locos.
The following features are planned to be included in the loco:
*Working K class interior view
*Operating marker lights and tail discs
*Animated couplers and brake hoses
*Optional BG or SG wheel sets
*Twinkles smoke effects (By LieLestoSbrat)
*Animated water load and water filler lid
*custom locomotive crew
*User selectable weathering
TC3 version:
A version of the K class for TC3 is now finished. It has mostly the
same features as the older version, but takes advantage of new
features in TC3. These include the following:
*User controlled cylinder drain cocks
*New steam physics (custom Espec)
*New smoke effects
*Makes use of the new bogie tags
*Makes use of the new steam sounds
*Adds a sander conrol to the cab view
